Delivery

Thomas James Co were contracted to build a jumbo mezzanine within an industrial warehouse at Vale Park, Evesham. The business needed to create space for their office team. A steel framework was erected and secured within the unit. The studwork was drylined and plastered before being painted. Stairs were installed and the office was fitted out with bespoke joinery. We were given a hard deadline for completion of the work to enable the business units to start trading. We provided a clear timeline of work required and delivered against that.
