Soho House Barnwell Barn

Overview

Soho House approached us with a construction requirement, they wanted to create additional seating capacity in the form of an outdoor covered workspace.  

Delivery

Barnwell Barn is an open sided timber framed barn offering comfortable outdoor space away from the reach of the weather.

We repacked and entente on to a paved area. We constructed a6.4x16m softwood timber framed pergola which we roofed in a metal sheeting. We stained the metal roof to give it the desired rusted effect. To complete the barn, we installed lighting and speakers and made planter beds to finish the desired look.

We completed the build within our agreed timeframe and budget, and the client was exceptionally happy with both the quality of work and our working practices.
