We were approached by a private client to create a new build property that looked like a period farmhouse.
The client wanted the building to offer the look of a traditional character building but with all the benefits that come with a newbuild. The key to this build was in the quality of materials and workmanship.
On the outside the building was clad in Tudor Oak with inset render panels to create a traditional timber frame look. A stone corbel archway was added to offer a grand entrance and handmade oak frame windows were made and fitted across the entire building. On the inside, we laid underfloor heating under flagstone floors, fitting timber bi-fold doors and a stunning bespoke kitchen. Upstairs bespoke fitted wardrobes were fitted to each bedroom. An annex was added to the side of the building, clad in oak, it featured traditional framed oak beams. The front of the building was finished with a block paved drive complete with turning circle.
