Bleacher Stair Set

Overview

Bennimans approached us with a bespoke joinery contract to install a stunning oak bleacher stair set as a viewing platform for designers to overlook the factor in a new car design show unit.

Delivery

We built timber frames and mechanically fixed them onto a preinstalled steel staircase to create a 3:1 step ratio. These stud frames were then overplied twice for strength then encased in a bespoke solid oak boarding, prefabricated in our workshop, with solid oak end cap detail. The left side was overplied ready for premade porcelain tiles to be adhered to.
