Overview

We were approached by a private client to complete a full renovation of their property on Beverley Road, Leamington Spa.

Delivery

The client wanted a complete make over, with planning permissions already in place, we were given a definitive timeframe to complete the project.

We demolished the existing house leaving only the utility room, bathroom, and rear gable. From this remaining structure we built a brand new 6-bedroom house complete with dormer windows. Internally we laid porcelain tiles throughout the ground floor. We installed a bespoke steel staircase with fixed glass panels and over clad the steps with oak.
